The Metropolitan Weddings Awards show is one of our favorite nights each year. It’s our chance to dress up, go out, and spend time with all of our wedding industry friends. This year we brought home four awards, one of those being Best Boudoir Photographer – Merchants Choice of the Four States!
It’s such an honor when we receive awards voted on by our friends in the industry! It feels like the best of the best are patting us on the back and for that we are so grateful.
Why being voted Best Boudoir Photographer matters so much to me
After taking a gap year for maternity leave I was absolutely shocked to hear our name called. It’s my favorite thing to wake up each day and know that I get to make women feel spectacular in their skin. It’s never lost on me that I get to hold your self esteem in my hands. That’s why we’re constantly educating ourselves, evolving, adding new things, and refining the process. I have been shooting boudoir for 4 years. I adore it with all my heart.
This awards is also special because of all the hard work we’ve put in to creating a studio. It’s taken so much time, careful curation, and a husband who’s willing to make sketchy Facebook marketplace swaps in the dark to have such a beautiful studio to enjoy with all of you!
As we grow, our commitment will always be to celebrate women, show your beauty, and make you feel unstoppable.
But for now, pop the champagne, because we’re one of the Best Boudoir Photographers in the Four States!
